1 to 1 Personal Training:-
These sessions are under taken either at your home or outside and last either 1/2 or 1 hour. Sessions are structured and devised around your personal goals.
Nutritional Information:-
Full guidance and support is given on correct nutritional habits to maximise your goals and ensure the body receives the appropriate nourishment.
Online Training:-
This service is provided for clients who cannot make regular personal training sessions but who require an individualised , carefully composed exercise programme that is updated regularly.
Self Defence/Martial Arts Instruction :-
1 to 1 instruction which offer a way of covering the ranges of any situation, these being Kicking range, boxing range, close quarter where a boxer would clinch up and the floor based grappling range.
